Outdoor Activities

Inherent in any wellness practice is the connection between ourselves  and the environment in which we live.  One of Jen's favorite fitness activities is to get on a trail and discover something new each time. An avid hiker and native to the central coast, Jen can lead guided hikes and mindful practices from Cambria to Monterey. She has many familiar trails she likes to guide on with spectacular views of our beautiful coastline and mindful practices integrated into the walk. Hiking is great exercise and a special way to tune the senses and nourish on multiple levels. Check out the gallery of some incredible local spots here.

Coastal Hiking

Practicing Yoga outside allows for direct stimulation of the senses and connection to the elements. It can be both challenging and nourishing and the Monterey Peninsula offers a beautiful variety of venues in our many parks and open spaces. When weather allows, outdoor classes offer a safe and accessible platform for all to enjoy the benefits of practicing together. See our calendar for upcoming classes. Private group classes or special events can also be arranged. Jennifer often incorporates outdoor yoga sessions in her retreats as well.
