Dance

 Modern Tribe

dancer2

Explore, connect, move! This movement art class is a fusion of dance, yoga, martial arts, acrobatics, and more. We explore rhythm, shape, momentum, sound, maybe even flight! We practice creating sensitivity, strength, and flow through our entire bodies. We move through the space, on the floor and with each other. Come let music awaken you and unleash your energy into a kaleidoscope of expression. Break out of the box, and experiment with new movement possibilities.

This is not a technical dance class and is open to all levels.  Dance is intrinsic to all humans,   and this class is accessible to anyone.

We gather to dance for the EXPERIENCE of life in our bodies, to become an artistic, playful, pulse.

Stay tuned for upcoming workshops.

Private lessons for groups and individuals by appointment.
